Good breakfast, clean rooms and convenient location close to train station. , the free parking is very useful for business travelers with a car.

Old furniture, unpleasant smell in the rooms and unhelpful staff. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and the bathtub was dirty.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a beautiful area was perfect for our getaway. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They spoke fluent English, which made communication a breeze. The service here is top-notch, with amenities like room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The airport shuttle service was convenient and made our arrival and departure hassle-free. We were also pleased with the welcome drink we received upon arrival.

Location and amenities

Spent Christmas in a hotel by the lake and it was a lovely experience. The hotel offered various amenities including a great pool and a spa. The location was perfect, very close to the lake and forest. We enjoyed a variety of outdoor activities there. Moreover, during our stay, there were various festive activities offered by the hotel which added to our holiday spirit.

The food options were quite disappointing. There were a lack of options and the quality of food was average at best. The menu, especially for vegetarians, was very limited. This was quite frustrating as we were staying for a few days and had few other options nearby.

The hotel's location is ideal for those who love being near the lake and surrounded by pine forests. the restaurant is definitely one of the highlights of the hotel, offering delicious food and great service. Guests can also enjoy a private wellness area with a whirlpool, pool, and sauna.

Some areas of the hotel need improvement, particularly the rooms which can be small and without an elevator.
